DCT plans Iceriver Warranty Repair Center in the UAE
DCT is currently planning to open a new Iceriver Warranty Repair Center in the United Arab Emirates. This collaboration with Iceriver aims to ensure that customers in the region have access to certified repair services. The new center is staffed by an experienced team of around ten employees and benefits from another center, which is managed by DCT and partners.
The repair center is able to over 500 devices per Month from the UAE and possibly Australia and has a test farm with several megawatts. This allows us to handle both repairs under the manufacturer's warranty and outside of the warranty.
Our services include the repair and replacement of control boards, PSUs (power supplies) and hashboards with new ASIC chips. We also offer comprehensive cleaning services to maximize device performance and lifespan.
Supported models include the latest Iceriver products such as Iceriver KS0, KS1, KS2, KS3M and KS5L. With our dedicated team and state-of-the-art equipment, we ensure that all repairs are carried out in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime for the customer.
