DCT plans Iceriver Warranty Repair Center in the UAE
DCT is currently planning to open a new Iceriver Warranty Repair Centers in the United Arab EmiratesThis collaboration with Iceriver is designed to ensure that customers in the region have access to certified repair services. The new center is staffed by an experienced team of around ten employees and benefits from another center managed by DCT and partners.
The Repair Center is able to over 500 devices per month from the UAE area and possibly Australia and has a multi-megawatt test farm. This enables us to handle both under-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.
Our services include repair and replacement of control boards, PSUs (power supplies) and hashboards with new ASIC chips. In addition, we offer comprehensive cleaning services to maximize the performance and lifespan of the devices.
Supported models include the latest Iceriver products such as Iceriver KS0, KS1, KS2, KS3M and KS5L. With our dedicated team and state-of-the-art equipment, we ensure that all repairs are carried out in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime for the customer.
